and Oracle as base technologies. Various libraries, such as Angular, are

Inc. – August 2007 - Current ESi is the creator
of WebEOC®, an extremely easy-to-use software package used
by numerous Emergency Operations Centers and Corporations alike. This
position was created to enhance customer service by providing local
assistance to customers in the local FEMA region including technical and
process implementations. Regional
Manager/Business Systems Lead Developer - Senior level development position responsible for managing
development and implementation of ERP/CRM systems for internal use. Frequently
consulted by Executive Managers on technical issues as well as development of
fiscally responsible process improvement throughout various aspects of
internal functions. Developed several applications for internal use as needed
to allow core development group to focus on customer needs. Brought into

all levels of emergency management throughout the Commonwealth. Position
required frequent communications with various agencies including the Office
of the Governor, Office of Commonwealth Preparedness and 141 localities.

of application development, systems management and communications

Information Services – November 2001 to October 2005 Deputy Chief
Technology Officer - Working
with executive staff, designed, managed and developed both business
strategies and demonstrable prototypes of various technologies to help
determine the feasibility of use within the company as well as within the
limits of requirements established by various clients. Developed and
implemented company portal using Visual Studio.NET (C#), SharePoint and
